Research Interests

Previously, I was interesting in molecular biology. Now my research interest has changed to Bioinformatics and Computational Biology. I am interested in protein structure geometric modeling and protein-ligand docking. Specifically, I am interested in modeling side-chain conformation in proteins and geometric characteristics of molecule interactions such as local surface complementarity and change of side-chain conformations. My future plans relate to the application of all my current research projects for selecting new drugs.
